Quality Assurance Agreements
Residential Quality Assurance Agreements are a great value. With two Quality Assurance visits each year, once before the heating season and once before the cooling season, your heating and cooling system will maintain a high-quality and efficient operation. During each visit we will check for, and notify you of, parts and other issues that are at a high risk for failure. Since you’ll have time to fix your high-risk items before they fail, you’ll save time, money and won’t be inconvenienced by a break-down.
As a Quality Assurance Agreement customer, you'll also receive the following benefits:
- No overtime charges
- A 10% discount on all equipment repairs
- Preferential treatment in scheduling all service calls
- A $15.00 credit towards you renewal agreement price for any of your referrals that becomes a Quality Plus customer (renewal credits shall not exceed total agreement renewal price)
- Standard air filters, coil cleaning, chemicals and required lubricants
